Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 161(FIN)(efd fld) An Act relating to reduction                  
in payments to individuals under certain benefit programs be placed            
at the bottom of todays calendar. Without objection, it was so                 
ordered.
